 The equipment is composed of spherical tank, vapor-liquid separator, condenser, liquid receiving tank, vacuum and drainage system, electrical instrument control cabinet, valve, pipeline and other systems, especially suitable for the evaporation and concentration of low-yield tomato sauce, strawberry sauce, peach sauce, mango sauce and other materials with heat sensitivity, high viscosity and high insoluble solid content.
Performance Features:
1. Adopt jacket heating mode to obtain higher concentration of finished products, and the inside and outside of the equipment are polished closely, in line with GMP requirements;
2. Use decompression operation, low evaporation temperature, can be configured with a stirring device to improve evaporation efficiency, prevent material bonding, reduce the speed of foam formation, the instrument, valve, visual mirror configuration is reasonable, easy to operate.
