The equipment is composed of heater, separator, condenser, cylinder distributor, circulating pump, efficiency pump or discharge control valve, vacuum and drainage system, operating platform, electrical instrument control cabinet, valve, pipeline and other systems, especially suitable for evaporation and concentration of multi-varieties of heat-sensitive materials.
Performance Features:
1. The combination of large concentration ratio, falling film and forced circulation makes the evaporator more versatile. It can not only produce evaporation and concentration of heat-sensitive materials with good fluidity and low viscosity, such as apple and citrus, but also produce evaporation and concentration of tomato sauce and mango paste with high viscosity, high insoluble solid content and heat-sensitive materials;
2. Compared with the selection of the two types of evaporators, the equipment has small investment and small floor space;
3. Automatic control can be realized, and self-learning automatic control can be carried out on key control points such as sugar content;
4. Different types of combined evaporators can be selected according to the production requirements of customers and the characteristics of products.
